Tell us about what gets you out of bed every morning. What is the most interesting thing about working at Wolt and about the work you do?
At Wolt, I love the freedom with responsibility and the short process from thought to action. It is awesome to see how your actions influence the company as a whole and that your opinion counts. But what really gets me out of bed every morning is my talented and hard-working colleagues that will help you when you’re in a pickle πŸ’™

What keeps you productive and motivated throughout the day? πŸ€“
The fast-paced environment and a plethora of different tasks everyday is very motivating, as no two days are really alike in the marketing team. Also, flexibility to work from home or our new great office adds a lot to the work-life-balance – even though we work hard.

β€˜Willingness to learn’ is a Wolt value – What did you learn recently that significantly impacted your work?
At Wolt, I’ve really learnt the importance of stakeholder management and how vital it is to include others in decisions that have a larger impact. Stakeholder management is always important but at Wolt, we don’t see departments as siloes, thus it’s even more important to have open communication.

During your time at Wolt, what is something that you are most proud of?
As I have been in Wolt for quite a few years by now, I’ve had the pleasure of building the Danish business alongside a team of very talented people, who are all an integral part of our success. But I am very proud of what we have been able to build in such a short time in a very competitive market!

Why did you join Wolt and what makes you stay at Wolt?
I joined Wolt because I was longing for a young and entrepreneurial spirit, in which there was room for development and a sense of accomplishment, and it is still the same aspects that keep me at Wolt.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to join Wolt?
Never be afraid to challenge the established way of doing stuff. And be prepared to see your week go by in a second. πŸ’ͺ🏻

Which Wolt country is on the top of your bucket list and why? 🌏
Japan 🍜

And finally, what is your ‘must try’ dish on Wolt?
Personally, I am a fan of LΓΈs on Wolt, which is a 100% organic market from which you can order everything from bananas to oat meal to sour dough bread – all without any packaging to strain the environment.
